三 | 罗技首席财务官Matteo Anversa在最近一次财报电话会议上公开透露，这一波集中涨价的举措，直接给公司带来了约150个基点的毛利率提升，而当年新增关税政策预计给企业造成的实际成本影响，仅为70个基点，涨价带来的额外收益已经远远超出了关税增加的支出。按照本次集体诉讼的主张，罗技已经全额从美国政府处拿到了对应关税的退款，本该把当初靠关税名义多收的那部分产品溢价，返还给此前承担了涨价成本的消费者，现在刻意隐瞒退款信息拒不返款的行为，已经涉嫌欺诈消费者。

五 | 不久前，罗技为了推广新款鼠标上线过一支短视频广告，里面的文案表述被大量网友指出存在极具侮辱性的不当内容，相关措辞完全没有尊重国内用户的基本立场。视频的不当文案里直接把普通中国消费者比作宠物，暗示只要产品稍微降价，消费者就会主动凑上来争抢，这种冒犯性的内容瞬间点燃了网友的不满情绪，相关话题很快冲上了各大社交平台的热搜。
六 | 整个舆论事件爆发之后，罗技第一时间紧急发布官方道歉声明，承认相关文案的表述严重伤害了中国消费者的感情。品牌方当时公开承诺会承担全部管理责任，涉事的相关运营团队已经受到严肃处理，最终官方给出了20万元的内部处罚决定。
七 | 这个处理结果公开之后还引发了不少网友的不满，大家普遍认为品牌对相关责任人的处罚力度太轻，根本没有起到足够的警示作用，所谓的道歉也显得毫无诚意。
