第19号台风“紫檀”影响华南南部和南海海域 国家防办、应急管理部会商部署防汛防台风工作_我的网站

A |     　　8月22日，国家防办、应急管理部组织中国气象局、水利部、自然资源部、工业和信息化部、住房城乡建设部、交通运输部等部门以及海南、广西、广东、黑龙江、江苏、福建等重点省份联合会商，研判第18号台风“沙德尔”、19号台风“紫檀”及强降雨发展态势和黑龙江干流、太湖流域防洪形势，部署防汛防台风工作。国家防总、应急管理部维持针对海南、广西、广东的防汛防台风四级响应，以及针对江苏的防汛四级应急响应。国家防办主任、应急管理部副部长兼水利部副部长陈敏主持会商。    Salman Khan is among the Bollywood stars attending the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah this year. Handsome as ever."           Regarding his attendance at the Red Sea Film Festival, Salman said, "I love it here. I like Saudi. A lot of people here like the culture. It's nice. I keep on visiting this place quite a bit nowadays. So, it's good."           He also commented on Alia Bhatt receiving an honour at the Golden Globes event. He said, "Yes, Alia Bhatt, it's amazing! I think only Saudi could've done this. It's amazing. They're going places really rapidly; it's a good thing. I like it that they bring their best and our culture together."           Salman's last on-screen appearance came in Sikandar earlier this year which also starred Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Anjini Dhawan and Sharman Joshi among others. On the other hand, Alia Bhatt is prepping for her next releases, Alpha and Love & War which are slated to hit screens next year.           Salman is preparing for his upcoming film, Battle of Galwan. This war drama is based on the Indo-China conflict at Galwan Valley. B | 第19号台风“紫檀”在北部湾海面回旋少动，强度还在缓慢加强，华南南部和南海海域将有持续风雨天气，尤其海南、广西南部等地累计降雨量有极端性。第18号台风“沙德尔”8月26日前后将进入东海，移动路径对我国的影响不确定性大。与此同时，东北、西北和华东等部分省份局地有较强降雨，黑龙江干流、太湖水位持续超警，退水期堤防巡查防守压力仍然不减。　　会商强调，相关地区各级防指、各有关部门要深入贯彻习近平总书记重要指示批示精神，树牢底线思维、极限思维，全力做好防汛防台风各项工作。要提高思想认识、保持高度警惕。当前仍处于主汛期，也是假期及旅游高峰期，特别是南海已经开渔，出海作业渔船多，要坚决防止麻痹思想，立足最不利情况，进一步强化防汛防台风责任落实，确保各级防汛责任人在岗在位、靠前指挥、统筹部署。海南、广西、广东要组织对渔船回港避风、在港船只安全管理、人员上岸避险、危险地区群众转移安置等工作进行再检查、再督促、再落实，确保船在港、人安全；进一步排查旅游景区、在建工地、交通航线、跨海大桥等的安全隐患，落细安全措施。

C | 福建等省份要紧盯第18号台风“沙德尔”发展动向，提前做好部署安排，滚动会商研判，强化应对准备。　　会商要求，要对山洪和地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城市内涝等薄弱环节防范措施再落实。密切监视雨情汛情，落实临灾预警“叫应”机制，特别是夜间的“叫应”工作，确保预警信息直达基层一线，紧盯防汛重点区域场所，提前果断组织危险区人员转移避险。黑龙江干流、太湖及周边河网水位超警时间长，要把超警河湖堤防和中小水库巡查防守作为重点，细化落实安全责任、巡查防守、应急除险等措施；针对重点工程、重点部位，前置抢险救援力量和物资物料，一旦发生险情，快速应对、高效处置，抢早抢小抢了。同时，要严格落实应急值守和信息报送制度。
